For me, coaching can change someone's life and empower them on their change journey.
I strongly believe that the person knows best what is good for them, sometimes they just need some help to move forward. The change is the process and transformational change takes time, therefore for maximum benefit we need to spend quality time together.
HOW IT WORKS
I offer coaching packages ranging from 3 to 6 months and these require full commitment from both sides.
Typically 2 calls /meetings per month (90 minutes each)
Unlimited support on email and messages if you need me outside of the scheduled calls
Check in at the beginning and close out sessions at the end
We can change and adapt the package to your needs to ensure you have the right amount of support and challenge.
